Modern Market -  Assistant General Manager - Prairie Village, KS Corinth Square

Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000, plus bonus

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to join our team. Our Assistant Managers are passionate leaders, on-their-feet thinkers, and inspirational motivators, sound like you?

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts in the restaurant
• Assist with inventory counts and product ordering for the restaurant
• Lead the orientation/on-boarding process for new team members
• Assist in developing/writing the restaurant schedule

What you’ll have:

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant assistant general manager experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Food handlers and alcohol service training preferred
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while also maintaining high operational standards
