Segal McCambridge, a premier national litigation firm, is actively seeking a driven and dynamic Associate Attorney to join our growing warranty defense litigation  team. • Ownership & Impact: You’ll handle significant case responsibilities, including drafting briefs, managing discovery, taking depositions, appearing in court, and contributing at trial.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active California Bar License
• Minimum 1 year civil defense litigation experience , including pleadings, motion practice, depositions, written discovery , and case management.
• Experience with California Warranty Law , including the Song-Beverly Act and related statutes preferred, but not required.
• Exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills with a passion for litigation.
• Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to meet multiple deadlines under pressure.
• Proven track record of producing top-quality legal work and maintaining excellent client relationships.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ownership mentality in handling projects.
