Residential AV Project Manager – High-End/Luxury Smart Home Projects

We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to join one of the top high-end residential A/V integrators in San Antonio, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee luxury smart home projects ranging from $150K to over $1M, delivering world-class home automation and entertainment experiences.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee multiple residential technology projects from start to finish — ensuring each one is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You’ll take a lead role in managing technicians, coordinating with builders, designers, and clients, and maintaining the exceptional standards that define our projects.

This position is primarily field-based, with about 80% of your time spent on-site supervising installations, guiding teams, and ensuring quality execution. The remaining time will be focused on project administration, handled from a mobile command center so you stay close to the action.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple residential A/V projects simultaneously.
  
• Plan, execute, and oversee all project phases, including scope, schedule, and deliverables.
  
• Coordinate and supervise technicians, subcontractors, and trade partners.
  
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and overall progress.
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, builders, and stakeholders.
  
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds Dominion’s high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
  
• Provide clear communication, leadership, and accountability across all project teams.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience managing residential A/V or smart home integration projects.
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  
• Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  
• Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
  
• Solid understanding of A/V systems, smart home technologies, and integration workflows.
  
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications.
  
• Proactive problem solver with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
