Superintendent; Modular & Steel Frame Construction

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent with proven experience in modular construction and steel frame building systems to oversee a major project near Saskatoon. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational, and technical expertise to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of the project.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily on-site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, schedules, and specifications.
Supervise subcontractors, trades, and site staff to maintain productivity and quality standards.
Manage and coordinate modular building assembly and steel frame installations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local building codes.
Conduct site inspections and proactively resolve construction issues to prevent delays.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to track progress and communicate updates.
Oversee scheduling, materials delivery, and site logistics.
Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress updates.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Senior Foreman in the construction industry.
Strong background in modular construction and steel frame structures .
Proven ability to manage medium-to-large scale construction projects from ground-breaking to completion.
Excellent knowledge of construction safety, building codes, and quality standards.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage tight timelines and coordinate multiple trades effectively.
Proficiency with construction management software and reporting tools is an asset.
