Location: PA-Philadelphia, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Business Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs
  • Analyze business partner operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions
  • Assist in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology
  • Translate high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications
  • Educate the IT organization on the direction of the business
  • Negotiate agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation
  • Possess an understanding of technological trends and use this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprise’s competitive edge
  • May make recommendations for buy versus build decision

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, other related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Possess expertise in the business unit(s) they support, as well as an understanding of the IT organization’s systems and capabilities
  • Typically has 6-8 years of relevant technical or business work experience

The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $110,000 or the hourly equivalent.
