About The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to transform business requirements into actionable data insights. Additional focus will be working with finance team to optimize data and enhance reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports (including the ability to leverage programable queries such as DAX, M Query, SQL queries, Python)
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather report requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and optimize performance of BI solutions.
• Assist in maintaining and expanding statistical financial data uploads
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership and business teams.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Power BI , (including the ability to leverage programable queries such as DAX, M Query, SQL queries, Python)
• including report development and data modeling.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into BI solutions .
• Financial dashboarding experience / operational minded
• Understanding of financial statements (MBA / CPA preferred but not required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently on multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure Data Factory, or other cloud-based data solutions .
• Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing .
• Familiarity with Excel, R, or additional BI tools .
