Experience Requirements: We welcome contractors with light to heavy experience, provided they have working knowledge of City of Orlando permitting processes and a commitment to compliance and craftsmanship.
Insurance Requirements: Prospective partners must carry the following minimum coverage:
General Liability: $2 million
Umbrella Coverage: $1 million
Automotive Liability: $1 million
Worker's Compensation: $1 million
How We'll Work Together: Certified General Contractors will work alongside Smart's established contractors and vendors to execute projects under our guidance. All work will align with CGC standards and protocols, with CGCs involved as needed to ensure permitting requirements are properly met and upheld.
