Pay & Benefits:
Training: 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced mentor paid weekly.
Orientation pay: $300 added to your first paycheck.
Post training: $0.56–$0.64 CPM depending on tenure and miles.
Average weekly pay: $1,300 after upgrade to solo driver.
1,600–2,200 miles per week all paid miles.

Schedule & Home Time:

Requirements:
Valid CDL-A license.
Graduate of an accredited CDL school (minimum 120 hours).
21 years or older.
No DUIs within five years and no major violations within three.
Must pass hair and urine drug tests.
