We are seeking experienced Operational Language Analysts to support real-world intelligence operations through linguist and cryptologic language analysis in a variety of languages. Whether you're a seasoned linguist or a native-level speaker looking to break into the field, there’s a place for you on the team.

Translate, transcribe, and gist audio and/or graphic materials in your target language.
Draft SIGINT reports and other intelligence documentation.
Conduct quality control, mentoring, and advanced language analysis (for senior-level roles).
Support real-world missions and contribute directly to national-level intelligence production.
Perform crypto language processing, including scanning, recovering EEIs, compiling working aids, and updating databases.

We are also accepting applications for additional languages based on mission need, including but not limited to:
Arabic
Russian
Farsi
Pashto
Urdu
Korean
Turkish
Kurdish
Somali
Other languages may be available based on mission need.
TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph (required on day one).
ILR Level 2 or 3 in Audio and/or Graphic modalities in the target language.
Dependent on level, 1 to 15+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
Translating, transcribing, and/or gisting
Crypto language processing or related language experience
Intelligence reporting and target development
Quality control and mentoring (for OLA/OLAN 3–4)
Typing proficiency on an English keyboard is required
Experience working in a national or tactical-level SIGINT environment
Experience with speaker/language identification or network analysis
Completion of relevant cryptologic language or intelligence analysis training
Prior military or government service
