This esteemed hospital has received numerous awards across its facility, particularly excelling in Med Surg and Renal services within a 100+ bed setting. The Clinical Decision Unit & Dialysis Nurse Manager will join a reputable organization recognized both locally and across the Pacific Northwest.
Reporting to the Director of Nursing Services, the Clinical Decision Unit & Dialysis Nurse Manager will lead a team with over 40 FTEs, supported by tenured charge nurses and an Assistant Manager. The team is known for their excellent service and teamwork, eager to welcome new leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Med Surg and Dialysis teams.
The role involves ensuring that nursing care is efficient and thorough by updating staff on best practices and hospital guidelines. Collaboration with the Nursing Director and other managers is crucial to achieving top operational and clinical standards aligned with the hospital's values. The manager will also engage in staff development through education and quality improvement initiatives.
