We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Clinical Supply Chain Coordinator to manage and optimize our clinical trial supply operations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination of clinical materials, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and support successful trial execution through efficient supply chain management.
📍 Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts
⏰ Work Mode: Hybrid (2 to 3 days on-site)
What You'll Do:
✉️ Manages departmental email inbox and files documents in appropriate repositories
📦 Identifies daily CSC issues that arise and determines resolution or appropriate team member escalation
👩💼 Serves as a departmental resource for clinical supply team internal technologies
📋Supports contract processing, invoice and purchase order tracking
🤝Initiate approved interdepartmental projects and provide project management assistance when necessary
🚚Maintains high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum high school diploma or certification required (Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus)
✅ Minimum of 3 years of administrative/documentation experience
✅ Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management, and general administration
✅ Competency in Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe PDFs and other relevant computer software
✅ Excellent attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to work independently
