Job Description
We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to manage internal and external communications across departments and client accounts. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of translating complex ideas into clear, compelling messages. You will serve as a central point of contact for communication strategy, content development, and brand consistency.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with brand objectives
Write and edit press releases, newsletters, internal updates, and official announcements
Coordinate and maintain editorial calendars for campaigns and corporate messaging
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure consistent tone and brand voice
Support the planning and execution of events, campaigns, and public-facing initiatives
Monitor communication KPIs and assist with reporting metrics and performance outcomes
Ensure timely, professional responses to stakeholder inquiries and media requests
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a communications, PR, or content-related role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Familiarity with communication tools, editorial calendars, and content workflows
