SalesBizLab We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Communications Specialist to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in shaping and delivering our communication strategy across various platforms to enhance our brand visibility and engage our stakeholders effectively. As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing our social media channels, and coordinating internal and external communications.

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$21.50 - $28.00 per hour

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Jersey City, NJ 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies that effectively convey the organization’s mission and objectives.
• Create high-quality written content for various platforms, including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and website updates.
• Manage social media accounts by curating content, engaging with audiences, and monitoring online presence.
• Coordinate internal communications to ensure all employees are informed and engaged with organizational news and updates.
• Collaborate with other departments to create cohesive messaging and promotional materials.
• Analyze communication metrics and provide insights to improve future initiatives and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a communications role, preferably within a corporate or non-profit environment.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to create engaging content tailored to various audiences.
• Experience with communication tools and software, including content management systems and analytics tools.
