**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Dietary Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and serving of meals, ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the kitchen and dining areas, and support the dietary team in delivering nutritious and appetizing meals to residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines.
- Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are clean, organized, and maintain health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with the dietary team to manage inventory, stock supplies, and ensure food is stored correctly.
- Prepare meal trays and snacks and deliver them promptly to residents, ensuring special dietary needs are met.
- Assist with washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and maintaining kitchen appliances.
- Communicate effectively with team members and residents, demonstrating patience and understanding.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to prevent contamination and ensure a safe dining experience.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a dietary or kitchen assistance role is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements.
- Ability to lift and carry up to [weight] pounds.
