As Director of Supply Chain , you will play a central role in leading the full scope of supply operations—from procurement to distribution—with a particular focus on S&OP. Your expertise will directly impact how our partner companies manage demand and forecast planning, while ensuring alignment with financial targets and production capabilities. You will be a trusted advisor and strategic driver of continuous improvement across the entire chain.

Director of Supply Chain Responsibilities:

The Director of Supply Chain will lead operational planning and execution, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders. This role is critical for aligning supply chain activities with long-term business objectives. You will work across teams and systems to create clarity, reduce inefficiencies, and improve forecasting accuracy.

• Lead and manage the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process

• Align demand and supply forecasts with business goals and financial plans

• Foster collaboration across departments to drive integrated planning decisions

• Oversee supply planning, inventory control, and logistics coordination

• Develop and mentor a high-performing supply chain team

Director of Supply Chain Requirements:

We are looking for a leader who combines operational expertise with strong analytical thinking. You should be comfortable navigating data, managing uncertainty, and empowering teams to succeed. Your experience in the food and beverage industry gives you the perspective to anticipate challenges and turn them into opportunities.

• Proven experience leading S&OP processes and driving planning maturity

• Ability to align cross-functional teams toward a shared vision

• Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory strategy, and capacity planning

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity and collaboration

• Experience managing people, systems, and complex supply challenges

The compensation for this position is $150,000 to $170,000 base salary with a 15% bonus and full benefits including medical, dental, and 401k match.
