Job Description

Windows Direct USA is seeking a highly motivated, driven, and goal-oriented individual to become part of our Field Marketing team! Previous Door-To-Door experience is a bonus, but no experience is necessary. If you are good with people, energetic, and have a positive attitude then we will teach you the necessary tools and skill sets to succeed and make more money than you thought possible.

Our Marketing Representatives generate leads through Door-To-Door and running events and shows. This is a job for top-notch communicators who are just as good at listening as they are at talking.

What you will be doing:

  • NO SALES, just setting appointments for the Sales Team.
  • Travel to and from your residence to assigned neighborhoods within our Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky territory.
  • Understand our products and services to educate homeowners.
  • Approaching homeowners and speaking with them about their windows, baths, & doors.
  • Report to our office in Evendale for training and meetings as requested.

What we are looking for:

  • Professional, outgoing, customer service oriented, and a strong work ethic.
  • Willing to walk neighborhoods, work independently, while being a part of a great team.
  • Assertive, self-motivated, and results orientated.
  • Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or other related fields is a PLUS, but not necessary!
  • Positive attitude through rejection!

  • Comfortable working weekends and evening shifts
