Over the last 20 years our B2C and B2B sales agency has grown to 7 locations across 4 states. In South Florida we operate a Training Facility in Miami Lakes, a main office in Doral, and a new satellite in Hollywood, with continued expansion across Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. We partner with regional providers in telecom, connectivity, energy, and home services to build high-performing field and inside sales teams, backed by hands-on coaching and a proven playbook.

Role Summary

Join our field sales team in Shawnee/KC Metro. You’ll work routed warm/hot leads and mapped neighborhoods, follow a simple playbook, and close on the doorstep. Ideal for coachable, energetic communicators who like being on their feet and winning daily.

Your Role

• Canvass assigned streets and work pre-scheduled warm/hot leads

• Run quick needs assessments, present plans, and close on site

• Track doors/conversations/demos/closes; zero backlog by end of day

• Coordinate installs/activations; text quick recaps when needed

• Share top 1–2 objections and wins at daily/weekly huddles

What We’re Looking For

• Strong face-to-face presence; comfortable with scripts and repetition

• Persistence and positive attitude; organized and reliable

• Smartphone/CRM comfort; valid driver’s license + reliable transportation

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation

• 1099 contractor; commission-only with paid training bonus.
• Uncapped commissions + weekly/monthly incentive opportunities.
• Typical OTE $40,000–$60,000+ based on consistency and territory.
