As an Event Assistant, you’ll help make every event run smoothly and leave a lasting impact:
Assist with setup, teardown, and event logistics for live campaigns, fundraisers, and outreach initiatives
Support team leads and staff to ensure seamless operations
Engage with attendees, providing information and promoting brands, causes, or campaigns
Help manage supplies, materials, and inventory for events
Participate in training and team meetings to develop skills in event coordination, marketing, and customer service
