Entry-Level Financial Advisor – Foster Klima The Foster Klima agency is in MN, ND, and SD. We can only hire Advisors who reside in MN, ND, West Wisconsin, North Iowa, and SD. As an Advisor for Foster Klima, there are no Sales Territories. Our Advisors can do business with any client who resides in the USA. No territory restrictions — serve clients nationwide!! Compensation: Great Potential, High Earning potential with 4-year enhanced commissions to help start your business, Draw, Training Allowance, and Bonuses. No prior experience in finance is required — just a passion for helping people and a desire to grow. We’ll provide the training, mentorship, and tools you need to succeed. You’ll work with individuals and businesses to help them understand their financial goals and create personalized strategies to achieve them. Training & Licensing Support We cover the cost of your licensing and provide full support as you earn: • Life & Health Insurance License (within 90 days of hire) • Securities Licenses (6/63, 7 and 65/66. 7 & 65/66 preferred) • All educational materials are provided through Kaplan, a leading provider of licensing prep.
