Forsyth Seafood Market & Cafe in Winston Salem, NC is looking for one executive assistant to join our 17 person strong team. We are located on 108 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr.. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.

Great opportunity with Minority Woman led food service company expanding their market.

This is a fast pace high demand position with a blend of responsibilities that may include but are not limited to:

• Internal status report updating/monitoring
• Scheduling tasks and specific projects
• Accounting, data entry, business and personal account management
• Reconciliation & filing
• Personal related tasks, personal errands & shopping
• Scheduling of meetings
• Variety of office organization to help the business
• Procedure and process implantation and creation to help for stronger infrastructure for our growth
• Development and functionality to help aid in the owners focus to all other critical task’s and activities for business development

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and clients as the first point of contact
• Organize and manage appointments or meetings
• Correspond with clients and customers in a professional manner

Qualifications

• Work experience as a personal assistant or a similar role (1-2 years)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage time in accordance with needs
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Knowledge of computer function and applicable business software
• Flexibility in schedule. Should be available for some evenings, late evenings & weekends (this will likely be rare but will be necessary at times)
