  Graphic Designer 

We are seeking an experienced graphic designer to join the Central Creative Team at Red Rocks Church. This position will work alongside a team of creatives specializing in design, video, social media, web, and digital to push creativity and innovation as a reflection of the Creator and utilize every opportunity to help Make Heaven More Crowded. With minimal supervision, this position will work collaboratively with other creative team members, ministries, and departments, supporting ministries, campuses, and weekend experience to fulfill creative requests, ensuring desired outcomes and deadlines are met while supporting the integrity of the Red Rocks Church brand. 

This is a full-time position, based at our Littleton, Colorado offices. No opportunity for remote work. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

● Design a full range of projects, from digital assets, social media graphics, and branding to environmental branding and apparel designs 

● Balance multiple projects and deadlines 

● Communicate project updates with the team and maintain project status through the team's project management system (Asana) 

● Commit to meet project deadlines and help support the team 

● Maintain cohesive branding for ministry collateral and promotional materials 

● Conceptualize, design, and prepare files for print (if applicable), and manage through production 

● Be willing to help anyone on the team through collaboration, brainstorms, assisting in video shoots, hands-on projects, special event installation, etc. 

● Work with Art Director to support and maintain integrity of the Red Rocks Church brand in all projects 

Must Haves: 

● Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop 

● 2 years experience as a graphic designer 

● Portfolio showcasing your creative ability, including multiple examples of strong typography and layout skills (multi-page documents are a plus) 

● Experience working with print and digital standards 

● Proactive problem solver with attention to detail 

● Able to receive and apply feedback and critique 

● Able to maintain a positive attitude 

● Able to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment 

● Able to balance multiple projects and deadlines 

Nice to Haves: 

● Experience in environmental branding 

● Experience creating motion graphics 

● Illustration skills
