The ideal candidate is a strong HR leader with healthcare experience who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and can balance both strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive process improvement and HR technology adoption to optimize efficiency and employee experience.

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop the HR team, fostering a high-performing, service-oriented culture.

  • Provide coaching and support to HR Business Partners and specialists across multiple HR disciplines.

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with department leaders and serve as a trusted partner in addressing workforce challenges.

  • Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture that reflects the company’s values and supports employee well-being.

  • Lead initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, retention, and leadership development programs.

  • Oversee investigations, conflict resolution, and employee relations matters with professionalism and fairness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications preferred: SHRM-SCP, SPHR).

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a healthcare or regulated industry.

  • Proven track record in both strategic HR leadership and hands-on operational management.

  • Strong knowledge of employment law, healthcare compliance, and HR best practices.

  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience leading HR teams and serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
