Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 annually
Monday through Friday
Location: West Odessa off I-20

Responsibilities :

• Onboard new hires
• Coordinate drug testing
• Add employees to company systems
• Facilitate online trainings
• I-9 documentation
• Schedule off site safety training
• Track and submit training hours
• Keep inventory, order, and issue PPE
• Update and maintain tracking spreadsheets
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements :

• Must have strong communication skills
• Be organized and detail oriented
• Strength in professionalism and customer service
• Ability to work with minimal mistakes in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to type and use Microsoft Office
• Pass drug test and criminal background check
• Onboarding experience preferred
