We're looking for a Insurance Producer to support our agency in generating new business by selling insurance policies to individuals and businesses and assessing clients' needs, recommend suitable coverage options, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Senior Producer Support
    • Support Producer in new business prospect management
    • Partner with Account Executives to learn how
  • Risk Advisor and Subject Matter Expert
    • Insurance expertise
      • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide clients with informed recommendations
      • Help quantify risks and risk categories to ensure clients are not over or under-protected
    • Winter-Dent Ambassador
      • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and services offered by agency outside of P&C departments
    • Sales DevelopmentClient Management
      • Prospecting, lead generation, sales process management
      • Timeline management and metrics
      • Client Consultation
      • Proposal Preparation
      • Negotiation and closing
    • Client Support
      • Ongoing high-level client support
      • As-needed collaboration with internal stakeholders to support client needs and challenges (Claims Advocates, SafetyLoss Prevention, Bonds, etc.)
      • Renewal management, in partnership with Account Managers and/or Account Executives and Marketing team

YOUR QUALIFICATIONSEXPERIENCE

  • You have your PropertyCasualty license or able to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • You have insurance industry experience (preferred)
  • You have sales experience (preferred)
