Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a project focused on developing an integrated business management software. The platform includes modules for CRM, eCommerce, accounting, inventory, point of sale, and project management. Its flexible and scalable solutions help businesses of all sizes increase efficiency and streamline operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and translating business needs into clearly defined requirements
• Support in planning Business Analysis activities
• Assist in analyzing and managing stakeholders
• Help in determining and managing scope
• Assist in developing business cases and participate in Pre-Sales/Discovery phases (in shadow mode)
• Support in developing requirements documentation, including user stories, use cases, process flows, data flows, and report mock-ups
• Assist in planning, facilitating, and conducting requirements gathering sessions, meetings, and presentations
• Collaborate with development and testing teams

Skills/Requirements:

• 1+ year of BA work experience in software development projects
• Basic experience in organizing business analysis activities
• Basic experience in the collection, formalization, and translation of business requirements
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Assisting in managing a team backlog, breaking down requirements, and writing user stories
• Basic knowledge of different software development methodologies (RUP, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban)
• Minimum experience participating in Pre-Sales and Discovery phases (even in a supporting/shadow role)
• Good communication skills with both business and technical teams
• Advanced level of English
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Good time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
