Job Title: Machine Shop Apprentice

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Machine Shop Apprentice to join our clients team in Winchester, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn the trade and grow a career in machining and manufacturing. No prior experience is required — we will provide training.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in operating and maintaining shop machinery and tools
Measure and cut materials to precise specifications
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Support experienced machinists with day-to-day production tasks
Requirements:
Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure (required)
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Dependable with a good work ethic
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Schedule & Pay:
Monday – Friday, 4pm-2am (2nd shift)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
