Pay: $28/hour
Hours: 2nd Shift | 6:00 PM–6:00 AM | 4-Day Rotating Schedule

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech to support equipment reliability and production efficiency in a high-demand manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for performing mechanical troubleshooting, equipment repairs, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs , upgrades, and preventive maintenance
• Diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, and verify machine performance
• Read and interpret manuals, prints, schematics , and work orders
• Follow all safety and environmental compliance requirements
• Communicate progress, issues, and repair status clearly with team members
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, cranes , and other equipment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical and/or mechanical maintenance experience
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001:2015 standards
• Crane certification and forklift license required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work overtime and occasional travel when needed
