As a Medical Lab Technician you will be integral in processing and analyzing blood and body fluid samples crucial for diagnosing and treating patients. Your responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely laboratory results maintaining strict adherence to healthcare standards like Joint Commission and CLIA and operating complex lab equipment with precision. The role demands effective communication with healthcare professionals to relay critical data and discuss patient needs. You will also support aspects of quality control calibration and troubleshooting within the lab environment. Expect a dynamic work setting where prioritization multitasking and stress management are essential.
