Job Title: Model Integration Trainee

Location: Hybrid / Onsite
Type: Full-time (Training & Support Role)

Overview

We are seeking a motivated Model Integration Trainee to support our integration team in building and maintaining data exchange workflows across systems. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in integration, healthcare interoperability, or system connectivity. You will work under senior engineers to learn integration tools, data standards, troubleshooting methods, and documentation practices.

Key Responsibilities Integration Support
  • Assist with building and testing basic integration flows between applications.

  • Learn how industry standards such as HL7, FHIR, or API-based communication work.

  • Support senior engineers in implementing and validating integration solutions.

Requirement Understanding
  • Help gather and document integration requirements from technical teams.

  • Translate simple requirements into technical notes or workflow diagrams.

Troubleshooting & Monitoring
  • Monitor integration processes and report issues to the senior team.

  • Assist in initial investigation of data errors, connection issues, or workflow failures.

Documentation
  • Maintain clear documentation for integration tasks, test cases, and configuration steps.

  • Organize and update integration process guides under mentorship.

Collaboration
  • Work closely with integration engineers, IT teams, and project members.

  • Participate in team meetings and support integration activities as needed.

Required Skills (Entry-Level)
  • Basic understanding of data formats such as JSON, XML, or CSV.

  • Interest in system integration, APIs, or healthcare interoperability.

  • Good problem-solving and logical thinking abilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Willingness to learn HL7, FHIR, and integration platform tools.

Nice to Have
  • Exposure to any programming language (Python, Java, etc.).

  • Basic familiarity with healthcare workflows or data exchange standards.

  • Understanding of networking basics, messaging, or integration engines (a plus, not required).
