About Us: DREAMSAFER is a Muslim-run behavioral health organization serving the Columbus community. We partner with Acellus Academy to provide private K-12 education and behavioral support at our facility.

Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our school. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, and a customer-service orientation within a faith-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries.
• Maintain records, attendance logs, and administrative paperwork.
• Coordinate communication between staff, families, and community partners.
• Support smooth daily operations and assist with various office tasks.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred.
• Bachelor Degree - Preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Familiarity with Muslim cultural norms and respectful communication.
• Proficiency with office software and phone systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
