UB Greensfelder has an opening for afull-time Paralegal in the Immigration Practice Group in our Cleveland or New York office. This role may beeligible for remote or hybrid work after the initial onboarding period. Responsibilities Include: Assisting with preparation of H-1B, O-1, TN, and E visas Drafting PERM, and employment-based immigrant visa petitions, including EB-1, EB2 and EB-3 Preparation of routine legal correspondence and research as needed Frequent client contact, both written and verbal Ability to accurately create time entry narratives to describe the work performed as this position includes a billable hour requirement Qualified Applicants Will Have: Ideally 2+ years immigration experience in a professional services environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High level of attention to detail and ability to meet multiple deadlines in a sometimes fast-paced environment Strong computing skills with the ability to quickly become proficient with new software tools Strong Microsoft Office skills are required.
