**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Part-Time Server to join our team at Addington Place of Shiloh. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction through attentive service and a positive attitude. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to tables.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any concerns.
- Process payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to create a seamless dining experience.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experiences.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a serving or customer service role preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
