Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
• Operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns and curing ovens.
• Mix and apply powder coatings according to specifications and color requirements.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, making adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in painting or coatings is a plus.
• Previous experience in powder coating or a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
