Base Pay $20 - $24 per hour

Day Shift 8AM-4PM

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manufacturing Support:

  • Assist with production-related documentation, data entry, and reporting.
  • Support manufacturing leadership with scheduling, tracking, and communication tasks.
  • Help coordinate workflow between departments to maintain operational efficiency.

• Administrative & Clerical Support:

  • Provide clerical assistance to the Operations and Plant Manager, including document preparation and filing.
  • Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees professionally.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail distribution promptly.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage logistics.
  • Enter and track expense reports accurately.
  • Order and maintain office supplies; ensure timely restocking.
  • Maintain a clean, organized office environment following 5S principles. 

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and terminology preferred.
