Job Description

What We Do

Rillet serves finance teams. Our customers are the financial brains of their companies. Our job is to help them run the numbers with impossible speed, accuracy, and insight.

Today, we do that with powerful and elegant accounting software. Our product earns a consistently perfect customer satisfaction score. Our insane ship velocity is great for high-growth AI companies, because our customers like Decagon, Windsurf, and Postscript need their financial stack to evolve as quickly as their products do.

This huge market is ours to take. We have raised $100M from leading investors (including Sequoia, a16z, Iconiq, Oak HC/FT, and First Round) to help everyone run their numbers at the speed of AI.

Who We Are

Rillet’s pace is not for everyone. Intelligence is table stakes. To succeed here, you need extreme speed, agency, and flexibility.

Successful Rilleteers do not wait for assignments. They internalize a mission, design a strategy, and bring back results that are better, faster, and more creative than a manager could have asked for.

Work revolves around our customers. Successful Rilleteers are energized by delivering the most important things, even those that weren’t in the original plan.

In this role, you do not need to be an accountant. But you do need to appreciate the value that our customer can create for their own company when we equip them with the perfect financial tools. Successful Rilleteers love powering the financial core of the world’s fastest-growing companies.

Who We Need

As a Recruiting Coordinator on our Talent Acquisition team, you will ensure our hiring process runs smoothly while creating exceptional candidate experiences. This team partners with hiring managers across the organization to attract and hire top talent that drives our company's growth. • Coordinate interview loops and debriefs with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panel members across multiple timezones

Who We're Looking For

  • Highly organized with strong operational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple moving pieces
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional presence
  • Naturally warm and welcoming—you create positive experiences for every candidate
  • Adaptable problem-solver who thrives under pressure and handles changes gracefully
  • Previous recruiting or coordination experience preferred, especially in fast-paced environments, however we encourage motivated new grads with a track record of academic success to apply!
