Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Richmond, VA

Clinic-Based | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | $21.50–$26.00 per hour (based on experience and certification)

Position Highlights

• Setting: Clinic-based (Richmond, VA)
  
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, consistent hours
  
• Status: Full-time and part-time positions available
  
• Reports To: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  
• Compensation: $21.50–$26.00 per hour, based on certification and experience
  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in a clinic setting
  
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans designed by a supervising BCBA
  
• Collect accurate data and maintain detailed session documentation
  
• Collaborate with BCBAs, fellow RBTs, and clinical team members to support client success
  
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with children and families
  

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
  
• At least 1 year of ABA therapy experience (preferred)
  
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  
• Dependable, compassionate, and motivated to support children’s development
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
