NurseCore is seeking Home Health, Registered Nurses for Private Duty to join our team, offering flexible scheduling with per-diem and full-time opportunities. Shifts are 8 to 12 hours long, available mornings or overnights depending on your availability. We have patients from pediatrics to adults . Whether you prefer set days or switching between weekdays and weekends , scheduling will be based on availability. A minimum commitment of 16 to 24 hours per week is preferred.

What you'll do:

• Provide in-home care to patients with chronic health needs
• Manage G-tubes and, if comfortable, tracheostomies and/or ventilators for patients who require this level of care
• Perform other nursing duties as needed based on the patient’s condition

What it takes:

• Active RN license in Nevada
• Minimum of one year post-grad clinical experience
• Proven experience in G-tube care
• Experience with ventilators and/or tracheostomies is a plus!
• Current hands-on CPR certification
• Negative TB test within the past year.

Salary range: $37 - $40/hour.
