Salary: $87,100 - 157,450 per year Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 12 years related experience, or Master’s degree and 10 years related experience
• Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS Clearance
• Experience in one or more of the following functional areas: C5ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance), as it relates to Combined Joint All Domain Command and Control (CJADC2) interoperability to facilitate global force integration
• Proficiency in MS Office

Responsibilities:

• As a Senior Analyst on our team, I will manage the completion of 2 to 3 assigned JAD assessment projects annually. In this capacity, I will support a government project lead, coordinate with other government action officers, and lead a team of analysts, subject matter experts, and engineers to complete all phases of a project. My responsibilities will include:
• Formulation – Coordinating the determination of test objectives with external stakeholders and orchestrating presentations related to project tasks, purpose, method, end-state, and costs for the JAD Division Chief’s approval.
• Planning – Guiding the team in developing system descriptions, experimental test designs, scenarios, and metrics, and coordinating the determination of data requirements and test venues (CONUS or OCONUS).
• Execution/Data Collection – Managing team deployment to selected test venues for 2 to 4 weeks and monitoring daily operations to ensure data requirements are met.
• Analysis – Overseeing the calculation of quantitative and qualitative metrics from collected data, leading to findings and observations.
• Reporting – Managing the completion of project reports where findings lead to conclusions and recommendations, and handling the report approval process from peer review to final approval.
• Engagement – Coordinating report results with external stakeholders and encouraging the implementation of recommendations.

I am excited about the opportunity to work with the Defense Group at Leidos and contribute to conducting capability assessments, system interoperability assessments, and Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) assessments. The preferred qualifications that will help me excel include targeting experience, combatant command staff experience, joint duty experience, and familiarity with Joint Fires, Joint Close Air Support, Integrated Air and Missile Defense, or Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems. Additionally, advanced military school graduates and those with technical writing experience are highly valued.
