We are seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join a well-established Multifamily General Contractor based in Davie, FL. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Primavera P6 and proven success supporting large-scale multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Description
Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 throughout all phases of construction.
Collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure accurate sequencing and timely execution of activities.
Perform schedule analysis, identify potential risks or delays, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Generate reports and updates for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Assist with preconstruction planning and provide input during project kick-off meetings.
Profile
Minimum of 5+ years of scheduling experience with a General Contractor, with at least 3 years specifically focused on multifamily construction projects.
Proficient in Primavera P6 with a proven track record of building and maintaining complex project schedules.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across project teams.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of anticipating challenges and providing solutions.
