Role Overview:
We are seeking professional, energetic, and guest-focused servers to join our team. As a server at Kama Bistro, you will create an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests through our food and beverage offerings, providing warm and attentive service, and ensuring every detail of their visit is seamless.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service to all guests
Accurately take and enter orders into POS system
Understand menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings to make recommendations
Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and tables
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance, punctuality, and a positive attitude
Knowledge of wine, cocktails, or Indian cuisine is a plus (training provided)
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
