Must-Have Qualifications:
Location: Based in Santa Clara / Bay Area only. Candidates must be local and able to work onsite 3 days a week .
Experience:
7+ years of UI development, with React expertise being mandatory.
Architecture experience in large-scale, enterprise-grade applications or platforms.
Proven ability to catalogue and standardize UI components across products.
Experience redesigning workflows for user experience improvement.
Industry:
Prior experience in top SaaS firms is required.
No experience from banks, insurance companies, government, or manufacturing sectors will be considered.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to translate complex requirements into efficient, maintainable UI solutions.
Experience with ServiceNow , design systems , or component libraries .
Hands-on expertise in performance optimization , accessibility standards , and test-driven development .
Work on high-impact UI systems used globally.
Collaborate with passionate teams building scalable architecture.
