In this critical role, you will manage the full life cycle of subcontract administration from solicitation and award through closeout, ensuring compliance with federal acquisition regulations and company policies. You will play a key role in maintaining Verus Research’s approved Contractor Purchasing System (CPS) and advancing our commitment to operational excellence and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in issuing and managing a wide range of subcontracts and purchase orders, preparing solicitations and source selections, negotiating terms and conditions, supporting proposal activities, and ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and company purchasing system requirements. The Subcontracts Administrator will work closely with program management, contracts, procurement, and finance teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant subcontract execution.
