Job Title: Flight Crew | Part - Time position

Position Reports To: Assistant General Manager

The Job: Creating unforgettable experiences and fun for all ages in a safe environment by being actively engaging with everyone that walks through the door! How? By providing friendly and fast service in admissions along with ensuring participants follow Adventure Air Sports’s safety regulations on the court.

Flight Crew Responsibilities:

• Verify each guest has a signed waiver/stamp
• Explain policies and procedures to guests and ensure that they have a great experience
• Enforce rules and safety procedures in a positive manner
• Interact with a broad range of people, so you must be friendly but firm
• Ability to clean
• Ability to communicate with other team members and guests
• Ability to handle and resolve simple problems
• Answer questions about attractions and pricing
• Ensure that image, cleanliness, and courtesy standards requirements are met

All Flight Crew members must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Open availability, especially during our peak business days on weekends, holidays, and school breaks is a plus!

When in Admissions, you’ll:

• Check in guests and provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Operate an organized and accurate till
• Sell/Scan tickets and memberships at point of sale
• Direct and assist guests on waiver kiosks and provide correlating stamp
• Ensure paid participants have on regulated jump socks
• Deliver personalized interactions to guests
• Facilitate admission for groups, field trips, and birthday parties

When on the court, you’ll:

• Act as facilitators of games, while showing our guests an awesome time
• Manage the safety and flow of participants
• Act as a first responder to emergencies and respond appropriately
• Enforce participant restrictions & correct safety violations
