Position Overview: St. Charles Pilgrimages LLC is seeking an experienced Travel Agent to assist with individual flight and travel insurance bookings for our pilgrimage clients. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the travel industry, with the ability-and proper licensing-to arrange airfare and travel insurance for individual travelers. This independent contractor role is fully remote and suited for an established professional looking to expand their opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to client emails and phone inquiries
• Book individual airline reservations and corresponding travel insurance policies
• Provide courteous, detailed assistance to pilgrims throughout the booking process
• Process payments and manage sales independently, separate from St. Charles Pilgrimages LLC

Requirements:

• Proven ability to arrange airfare and travel insurance bookings
• Strong technical skills and access to necessary booking systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and professional communication skills
• Consistent track record in the travel industry (5+ years preferred)
• Ability to work remotely and independently process payments from sales
• Alignment with Catholic values; practicing Catholic strongly preferred
