Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Patient ratio of 1:6 for days, nights, and weekends
• Weekend coverage required
• Float to other Med Surg/Telemetry floors as needed
• No on-call requirements
• 12 hours of orientation provided
• Required certifications: BLS (required), ACLS (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years experience required, 4 years preferred
• Previous patient ratio experience of 1:5 required
• Skills required: Cardiac Telemetry, MS/Tele, Telemetry
• Royal Blue scrubs required
• Care for patients of all age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Treat patients with med/surg conditions, postoperative care, pediatrics, and COVID cases
• Work with interdisciplinary support including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, and Pharmacy
• Daily census of approximately 30 patients
• Complete non-billable modules averaging 4-6 hours, tracked through Net Learning online portal
• One request allowed for time off during assignment
