Job Type: Full-Time | Two Positions Available (Weekday Driver & Weekend Driver)
We are seeking professional, discreet, and reliable Chauffeurs to provide safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation services for a private family and their management team. The ideal candidates will possess deep knowledge of New York City traffic patterns, excellent communication skills, and prior experience serving high-net-worth individuals or corporate executives.
This position also involves security responsibilities to ensure the safety and protection of the family during all transportation. The family’s home and school are based on the Upper East Side, though travel throughout New York City and surrounding areas will be required.
Typical Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM (schedule may vary by day)
Flexibility is required to accommodate the family’s needs.
Typical Schedule: Saturday–Sunday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (schedule may vary as needed)
Safely operate luxury vehicles to transport the family, teenage child, and guests to appointments, school, events, and airports.
Maintain a clean driving record and ensure discretion, comfort, and punctuality at all times.
Provide quarterly drug test results to the employer.
Manage daily school commutes:
Morning drop-off: 7:40 AM
Afternoon pick-up: Between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM
Oversee security operations during all transportation, including:
Conducting proactive route and destination risk assessments.
Maintaining constant situational awareness to identify potential threats.
Acting as first responder in emergencies, coordinating with police or medical services if needed.
Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and maintained; arrange routine service and repairs as required.
Monitor road, weather, and traffic conditions to ensure timely travel.
Assist with luggage, packages, and occasional errands (e.g., grocery pickups).
Sign and uphold a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), maintaining complete confidentiality regarding all personal and professional information.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional chauffeur in New York City.
Prior security or law enforcement experience strongly preferred (e.g., former officer or security guard).
Valid New York State driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
In-depth familiarity with Manhattan streets, alternate routes, and traffic laws.
Experience with luxury vehicles (Mercedes, BMW, Bentley, etc.) preferred.
Strong professional references from private or executive employers.
Excellent judgment, discretion, and professional appearance.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or extended shifts when required.
Weekday Driver: $40/hour (~$110,000 annually, plus overtime)
Weekend Driver: $40/hour (~$35,000 annually)
Overtime: Paid for all hours worked beyond 40 hours per week.
