What You’ll Be Working On Process Improvement in Action - Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support data collection and analysis to evaluate operational efficiency and performance
- Measure and validate the impact of improvement initiatives
Collaboration & Innovation - Partner with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and implement process enhancements
- Support continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, and efficiency
- Help develop, document, and standardize new procedures and best practices
Quality & Performance Focus - Ensure all process improvements align with Reser’s quality, food safety, and operational standards
- Learn how engineering decisions directly impact production, cost, and customer satisfaction

What You Bring To The Team - Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate ideas clearly
- Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
