In this crucial role, you will take the lead in the installation process, ensuring that our projects are completed to the highest standards and that our customers are delighted with the results.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee bathroom installation projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
• Lead a team of installers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure quality workmanship.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards during installations.
• Perform hands-on installation work, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and tiling tasks.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in bathroom or residential remodeling.
• Proficient in all aspects of bathroom installation, including plumbing and electrical work.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
